Please review our returns and warranty policy carefully.
30 Days Satisfaction Guaranteed
We offer returns on all items purchased from our website within the first 30 days from the receiving date of your delivery.
If a product is thought to be defective, please submit a support request through our website. Our support team will assist in the evaluation of the product, and if it is determined to be defective, the support team will initiate the RMA process so that the affected product can be replaced.
We are happy to offer a full product refund with the exception of the original shipping cost for any product within our 1-year warranty period. Refunds will include a refund of domestic sales tax for our US customers and will be applied to the method used to originally purchase the item.
We will send a prepaid return shipping label for any item(s) being returned. Please return your item(s) in their original packaging if possible.
North Pole Engineering does not accept returns of products purchased through a distributor or reseller with the exception of Amazon. For all distributors and resellers other than Amazon, please contact the original seller to return the item. For products purchased through Amazon, please contact us directly to initiate your return.
For international customers, please contact us if you wish to return your purchased product. Note: Any duties or customs fees paid for international orders are non-refundable.
Returning Your Items
Please follow the instructions on returning your item:
- Log in to your store account and follow the prompts to submit a request for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) to return your item.
- We will send an email with return instructions, a return label and RMA #.
- Please package item(s) being returned properly to prevent damage during shipping.
- Refunds will be applied within 5-10 business after the product has been received by North Pole Engineering.
Cancel/Change Your Order
Orders may be cancelled within the same day. Please contact us as soon as possible or call us as 612-305-0440. Phone hours are 8:00 am – 4:00 pm Central Monday – Friday.
12 Month Limited Warranty
North Pole Engineering will, at our option, repair or replace any product found defective in manufacture within the warranty period. The warranty period begins upon the shipment date of the product(s). If repairs include replacement parts, these parts may be remanufactured or may contain the entire product. It may be replaced with a remanufactured product. Warranty provisions shall not extend the original warranty period. The costs of shipping the product to us for repairs shall be borne by North Pole Engineering. To elaborate, this warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, misuse, tampering, use of incompatible accessories, failure to follow operating instructions provided, damage caused by fire, earthquake, flood or damages due to abnormal operating conditions including pollution, salt, gas (sulfides) irregular power voltage, water submersion, or if the product has had its serial number altered or removed.
There are no guarantees with all future versions of software and hardware being compatible with this product. Our products are provided as is, and North Pole Engineering disclaims all warranties and conditions, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. Any modifications or revisions thereof except in jurisdictions do not allow such exclusions or limitations. North Pole Engineering is not responsible for lost data or information.
Any items purchased through a retailer must follow their warranty guidelines. Any unauthorized online dealers will not receive a warranty.
