Through her extensive work history, she has developed a deep understanding of business finance principals for small, medium and large businesses offering traditional product and SaaS solutions. She provides valued guidance on day to day operating activities including planning, forecasting and process improvement, and strategic insights in staff development, M&A, and divestitures.

Scott has been part of the North Pole Engineering team since 2008 and leads the embedded design services team which provides custom hardware/ firmware/ software design services to clients across a wide range of industries. Scott enjoys collaborating with our service clients to develop elegant hardware and software solutions to their product needs and provides key leadership to the team to make sure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
